MAX14916AAFM - Compact Industrial Octal 1A High-Side Switch with Diagnostics

Product Description

MAX14916AAFM is equipped with eight high-side switches with an on-resistance of only 120mΩ (typ), or 250mΩ (max) at 125°C ambient temperature. Each channel is specified to handle up to 1.5A of continuous current. Similarly, two adjacent channels can be driven together to form four 3A switches.
