The MAX25207ATPA/VY is an automotive 2.2MHz synchronous buck controller with a 7μA IQ and operates with an input voltage of 3.5V to 60V. The devices can operate with a 99% duty cycle (typical) under power-down conditions by. These controllers are suitable for medium- to high-power applications that require operation over a wide input voltage range, such as during cold start or engine start-up of a vehicle or under engine stop-start conditions. A selectable bypass mode is available to allow 100% high voltage side turn-on functionality before the buck function is required during automotive transients.
