The LM5117PMHE is a synchronous buck controller for buck regulator applications powered by high voltage or wide range input supplies. The control method is based on current mode control using simulated current ramps. The operating frequency is programmable from 50kHz to 750kHz. The LM5117PMHE has a unique analogue telemetry function that provides average output current information. Other features include thermal shutdown, frequency synchronisation, intermittent mode current limit and adjustable line undervoltage lockout.
