The MAX15158ZATJ is a high-voltage multiphase boost controller in single-phase or dual-phase boost/inverting-buck-boost configurations supporting up to two MOSFET drivers and four external MOSFETs.The two devices can be stacked for four-phase operation.The output voltage of the MAX15158Z is dynamically settable with a 1V to 2.2V reference voltage input (REFIN) to for modular design.
The device is available in a 5mm x 5mm, 32-pin TQFN package and supports a -40°C to 125°C junction temperature range.
