The MPQ2178GQHE-18-AEC1 is a single-chip buck switching converter with built-in power MOSFETs. In the 2.5V to 6V input voltage (VIN) range, it can achieve continuous output current (IOUT) of 2A with excellent load and linear adjustment. The output voltage (VOUT) can be adjusted as low as 0.6V.
