Mpq9842gl-33-aec1 is a high frequency synchronous rectifier buck switch converter with built-in power MOSFET. It offers a very compact solution with a continuous output current of 2A over a wide input power range of 3.3V to 36V, with excellent load and linear adjustment rates. The switching frequency can be programmed from 350kHz to 2.5Mhz or synchronized with an external clock. Synchronous operation and ultra-low 14μA sleep mode static current provide high efficiency over the output current load range, making the MPQ9842 suitable for a variety of buck and battery-powered applications in automotive input environments. The peak current control mode provides fast transient response and makes the loop more stable.
