MPQ8626GD is a fully integrated high frequency synchronous buck converter. The MPQ8626 offers a very compact solution with output currents of up to 6A over a wide input range, with excellent load and linear adjustment rates. The MPQ8626 works efficiently over a wide output current load range. The MPQ8626 uses a constant on-time (COT) control mode with internal compensation to provide fast transient response and make the loop more stable.
