MP3437GRP is a 600kHz fixed frequency, wide input range, highly integrated synchronous boost converter. The MP3437's input start voltage is down to 2.7V and can support up to 20W of load power on a single battery, with integrated low on-impedance power MOSFETs. The MP3437 provides fast transient response with constant Shutdown time control (COT). The QFN package has a MODE pin and supports light load frequency hopping mode (PSM), Forced Continuous on-mode (FCCM), and Super Audio mode (USM).
