The CM800DX-24T1 Plug & Play drivers are full-featured, ready-to-use and closely matched to the specific device. These drivers cover a wide range of high power and high voltage IGBT modules. These include reverse voltages from 1200V to 6500V. The drivers are equipped with DC/DC converters, short-circuit protection, active clamping, power monitoring and more. The Plug and Play drivers are standalone products and are not related to the Scale-2+ or Scale-2 driver ICs.
