The MPQ4323CGRHE-5-AEC1 is a configurable-frequency (350kHz to 2.5MHz), synchronous, step-down switching regulator with internally integrated high-side and low-side power MOSFETs (HS-FETs and LS-FETs, respectively). The device achieves an efficient output current (IOUT) of up to 3A with peak current mode control.

A wide input voltage (VIN) range of 3.3V to 36V and a load dump tolerance of 42V allow for a variety of step-down applications in automotive input environments, and a 1μA off-mode quiescent current is available for battery-powered applications.
