The MPM3506AGQV is a synchronous rectifier buck converter with built-in power MOSFETs, inductors and two capacitors. The MPM3506A is a compact solution that requires only four external components to achieve a continuous output current of 0.6A over a wide input supply range with excellent load and line regulation. the MPM3506A has a switching frequency of 1.15MHz, providing fast load transient response. Comprehensive protection features include overcurrent protection (OCP) and thermal shutdown (TSD), and the MPM3506A eliminates design and manufacturing risk while dramatically reducing time-to-market.The MPM3506A is available in a space-saving QFN-19 (3mmx5mmx1.6mm) package.
