The MPQ4430GLE-AEC1 is a frequency programmable (350k to 2.5MHz) synchronous step-down switching regulator with internally integrated high-side and low-side power MOSFETs. It provides 3.5A (or less) high efficiency output with current mode control for fast loop response.
