The MPQ4313GRE-AEC1 is a frequency programmable, synchronous, step-down switching regulator with internally integrated high-side and low-side power MOSFETs. It provides high efficiency outputs up to 3A with current mode control for fast loop response.

A wide input voltage range of 3.3V to 45V is suitable for a variety of step-down applications in automotive input environments, and a shutdown mode quiescent current of 1.7μA allows the device to be used in battery-powered applications. High power conversion efficiency is achieved over a wide load range by reducing switching frequency at light load conditions and reducing switch and gate driver losses.
