The MPQ4313GRE-5-AEC1 switching regulators are frequency-programmable, synchronous, step-down switching regulators with integrated internal high-side and low-side power MOSFETs.These switching regulators provide high efficiency outputs up to 3A, with current-mode control for fast loop response.The MPQ4313-AEC1 switching regulators offer a 3.3V to 45V wide input voltage range for a variety of step-down applications in automotive input environments. These switching regulators achieve high power conversion efficiency over a wide load range by reducing the switching frequency under light load conditions. This reduces switch and gate driver losses.

The MPQ4313GRE-5-AEC1 switching regulators are AEC-Q100 Level 1 certified and are available in a 4mm x 4mm QFN-20 package.
