The MPM3632CGQV is a step-down regulator module that integrates a synchronous rectifier power MOSFET, an inductor and three capacitors. The MPM3632C provides a very compact solution, requiring only input and output capacitors to achieve a continuous output current of 3A over a wide input range with excellent load and linearity regulation. The MPM3632C has a fixed switching frequency of 3MHz and uses a constant on-time (COT) control mode to provide fast load transient response.
