The MP4245GVE is a buck-boost converter with four integrated power switches. The device delivers up to 6A of output current (IOUT) over a specified input voltage (VIN) supply range and has excellent load and line regulation.

The MP4245GVE is suitable for USB Power Delivery (USB PD) applications. It can be used with external USB PD controllers via the I2C interface.The I2C interface and dual time-programmable multi-time programmable (MTP) memory provide flexible functionality.

Fault condition protection includes constant current (CC) limiting, output overvoltage protection (OVP), and thermal shutdown (TSD).
