The MPM3807CGLE-18-AEC1 Synchronous Buck Modules are fully integrated power modules with built-in MOSFET switches and inductors. These modules can achieve continuous output currents up to 2A with excellent load and line regulation.The MPM3807C modules feature fast transient response and a constant on-time (COT) control scheme that provides easy loop stabilisation. These modules offer 100% duty cycle, external soft-start (SS) control, output overvoltage and short circuit protection (SCP), and hiccup mode.

The MPM3807CGLE-18-AEC1 modules have a switching frequency of 2.4MHz and operate over a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V and a -40°C to 150°C junction temperature range. The modules are AEC-Q100 Level 1 compliant and are available in a QFN-15 (3mm x 4mm x 1.6mm) package.
