The MPM3806CGLE-12-AEC1 synchronous buck modules are fully integrated power modules with built-in MOSFET switches and inductors.

The MPM3806C is suitable for a variety of applications including high performance digital signal processors (DSPs), advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) sensors, portable and mobile devices, and other low power, space-constrained systems.

The MPM3806C requires few off-the-shelf standard external components. It is available in a small QFN-15 (3mmx4mmx1.6mm) package.
