The MPQ4436AGRE-AEC1 is a frequency-programmable synchronous step-down switching regulator with integrated high-side and low-side power MOSFETs that provides a high efficiency output of 6A (or less) with current-mode control for fast loop response.A wide input range of 3.3V to 45V is suitable for a variety of step-down automotive input environments.
