The MP4576GQBE is a fully integrated fixed frequency synchronous buck converter. It achieves up to 600mA continuous output current. Peak current control is provided for excellent transient response, and a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 60V is suitable for a variety of step-down applications in automotive input environments. The device has a shutdown mode quiescent current of 2µA, making it ideal for battery powered applications. The integration of internal high-side and low-side power MOSFETs enables high efficiency without the need for external Schottky diodes. It uses advanced asynchronous mode (AAM) to achieve high efficiency at light loads.
