The STLQ020PU28R is a 200 mA low dropout regulator capable of operating over a 2 V to 5.5 V input voltage range. Typical dropout at maximum load is 160 mV. The device has an ultra-low quiescent current of only 0.3 µA at no load, thus extending battery life for applications requiring long standby times.
Although the device's inherent power consumption is very low, the STLQ020 features adaptive bias circuitry, so it also provides fast transient response and good PSRR performance.
The enable pin places the STLQ020 in shutdown mode with total current consumption as low as 1 nA.
