The QPL9095SR Ultra Low Noise Bypass Amplifiers are high linearity amplifiers with integrated bypass mode capability. These low noise amplifiers (LNAs) are optimised for the 500MHz to 1000MHz frequency band for wireless infrastructure. These amplifiers offer 22dB of gain at 900MHz, 33dBm of output IP3, and 0.6dB of ultra-low noise while consuming 50mA of current from a 4.2V supply.The QPL9095SR amplifiers are internally matched through a high-performance E-pHEMT process. They require four external components to operate from a positive supply, an external RF choke and several isolation/bypass capacitors.

The QPL9095SR LNAs are ideally suited for use in base station receivers, mobile infrastructures, tower-mounted amplifiers, repeaters/distributed antenna systems (DAS) and general-purpose wireless systems.
