The ISO7741QDWWRQ1 provides high EMI and low radiation at low power consumption while isolating CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/O. The logic input and output buffers of each isolated channel are isolated by a double-capacitance silicon dioxide (SiO 2) insulated gate. The devices have enable pins that can be used to place the respective outputs in a high impedance state and reduce power consumption in multi-master drive applications.
