The QPA9127TR7 gain module amplifiers are cascadable, high linearity amplifiers in a low cost, surface mount, 8 pad DFN package. These amplifiers have integrated shutdown biasing to provide flat gain at a variety of frequencies.The QPA9127TR7 amplifiers can be used in receiver and transmitter chains in high performance systems. These amplifiers feature internal active bias circuitry for stable operation over bias and temperature variations.
