The ISO7731BDWR is a high-performance, three-channel digital isolator offering UL 1577-compliant 5000V RMS (DW package) and 3000V RMS (DBQ package) isolation ratings. The family includes devices with enhanced insulation ratings that meet VDE, CSA, TUV, and CQC standards. Designed for applications requiring only basic insulation ratings. High EMI, low radiation, and low power consumption when isolating CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/O. Logic input and output buffers for each isolated channel are isolated by double-capacitance silicon dioxide (SiO 2) insulated gates.
