The QPL9058TR7 ultra-low noise LNA is a highly linear, ultra-low noise amplifier optimised for use in 5G m-MIMO (massive multi-input, multi-output) applications. The amplifier has a typical gain of 18dB at 3.6GHz, an OIP3 of +36dBm at a 55mA bias setting, and a noise figure of 0.6dB. The QPL9058 LNA has an adjustable bias that can be biased by a single positive supply from 3.3V to 5.0V. The device also integrates power-down control on-chip for time-division duplex (TDD) applications.

The Qorvo QPL9058TR7 is available in a compact, industry-standard DFN8 package and requires minimal external components to operate.
