The QPA3246 is a hybrid power multiplier amplifier module. The device uses a GaAs pHEMT chip and a GaN HEMT chip and works from 45 to 1218 MHz. it provides very high output power. The DC current of the device can be externally adjusted to achieve optimum distortion performance and power consumption over a wide range of output levels.
