The ISO7741FEDWRQ1 automotive grade device is a Class 0, high performance, four-channel digital isolator that provides a 5000V RMS isolation rating in accordance with UL 1577. The device has enhanced insulation ratings that meet VDE, CSA, TUV, and CQC standards. With a high temperature range of up to 150°C, this device is ideal for applications where ambient temperatures may exceed 125°C, such as belt starter generators, water pumps, cooling fans, smoke sensors, and more.
