The ISO6731QDWRQ1 device is a high-performance three-channel digital isolator that provides a UL 1577-compliant 5000VRMS isolation rating, making it ideal for cost-sensitive applications with such requirements. The device is also VDE, TUV, CSA, and CQC certified.

While isolating complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) or low-voltage complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (LVCMOS) digital I/Os, the ISO6731-Q1 devices provide high electromagnetic immunity and low radiation, as well as low power consumption. The logic input and output buffers of each isolated channel are isolated by TI's double-capacitance silicon dioxide (SiO2) barrier. The device is equipped with enable pins that can be used to place the respective outputs in a high-impedance state in multi-master drive applications. the ISO6731-Q1 device has two forward channels and one reverse channel.
