The HMC753LP4ETR is a GaAs MMIC low noise broadband amplifier in a pinless 4x4 mm plastic surface mount package. The amplifier operates over the 1 to 11 GHz frequency range and provides up to 16.5 dB of small-signal gain, 1.5 dB noise figure and +30 dBm output IP3, while consuming only 55 mA with a +5V supply. Up to +18 dBm P1dB output power enables the LNA to be used as a LO driver for balanced, I/Q, or mirror suppression mixers. The HMC753 also features isolated I/O with 50 Ohms internal matching, making it ideal for high volume microwave radio or VSAT applications. This versatile LNA is also available as the HMC-ALH444 die.
