The HMC546LP2ETR is a fail-safe SPDT switch in a leadless DFN surface mount plastic package for use in applications requiring very low distortion and LNA protection. External matching is required for narrowband applications from 200 MHz to 2700 MHz. This narrowband switch is ideal for WiMAX and WiBro repeaters, dedicated mobile radio (PMR), and automotive remote applications. The design features excellent P0.1dB and 65 dBm IIP3. The fail-safe topology allows the switch to provide a low-loss path from RFC to Tx.
