The ADRF5250BCPZRL is a general-purpose, single-pole, five-throw (SP5T) reflectorless switch manufactured using a silicon process. It is available in a 4 mm × 4 mm, 24-lead-frame chip size package (LFCSP) and offers high isolation and low insertion loss. An integrated negative voltage generator allows operation with a single positive supply voltage. An integrated negative voltage generator allows operation with a single positive supply voltage from 3.3 V to 5 V. The LFCSPs are also available with a single positive supply voltage. When the VSS pin is grounded, the VDD pin will be subjected to a single positive supply voltage from 3.3 V to 5 V. The negative voltage generator can be disabled when an external -3.3 V negative supply voltage is applied to the VSS pin.
