The MMIX4B22N300 3000V Surface Mount Power Device (SMPD) package is an expansion of the ISOPLUS™ package family to include modules that can be assembled using a standard surface mount (SMD) soldering process and can be readily assembled in a pick-and-place fashion on a customer's existing SMD assembly line.The SMPD family offers a wide range of standard options in terms of topology or wafer type. The SMPD series offers a large number of standard options in terms of topology or wafer type. Numerous discrete devices can be successfully combined in a high reliability package and then easily assembled on the current SMD assembly line.
