The MC33664ATL1EGR2 is a SMARTMOS Transceiver Physical Layer Transformer Driver designed to conveniently connect a microcontroller to a high-speed isolated communications network.The MCU Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) data bits are converted directly into pulse bit information and transmitted to the bus network.

Slave response messages use the same structure to send pulse bit information to the MC33664, which converts it to an SPI bit stream and sends it back to the MCU.
