The MAX14866UWZ is a 16-channel, high-voltage (HV) analogue SPST switch designed primarily for high-voltage multiplexing in ultrasound applications. Powered from a single low-voltage supply (+5V), it eliminates the need for a dedicated high-voltage power supply, which saves cost and simplifies the system. In addition, for in-probe applications, the high-voltage power supply does not need to be associated with the MAX14866 in the probe/transducer probe, which improves safety and simplifies safety regulation compliance.
