The MAX14777GTP quad SPST switch supports analogue signals. The device has a selectable -15V/+35V or -15V/+15V analogue signal range. Each switch has a separate control input for independent switching, making the device an alternative to optical relays. The IC features 10Ω (maximum) on-resistance and 9mΩ (typical) RON flatness, as well as a low 50nA (maximum at +85°C) on-leakage current. For maximum signal integrity, the device maintains this performance over the entire common-mode voltage range.
