The ADL9006ACGZN is a gallium arsenide (GaAs), pseudo-crystalline high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT), single-chip microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), low-noise amplifier that operates over the frequency range of 2 GHz to 28 GHz. The amplifier provides 15.5 dB of gain, a noise figure of 2.5 dB, an output third-order crossmodulation intercept (OIP3) of 26 dBm, and 20 dBm output power (1 dB compression (P1dB)). 20 dBm output power (1 dB compression (P1dB)) with a power consumption of 53 mA (from a 5 V supply).The ADL9006ACGZN is self-biased to achieve a supply current of 53 mA (IDD) when powered from a single positive supply only.
The ADL9006ACGZN amplifier inputs and outputs are internally matched to 50 Ω.
