The ADL9005ACPZN is a gallium arsenide (GaAs), single-chip microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), pseudo-crystalline high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT) broadband low-noise amplifier that operates over the frequency range of 0.01 to 26.5 GHz.The ADL9005 provides 17.5 dB of typical gain from 0.01 GHz to 14 GHz, a positive gain slope from 14 GHz to 20 GHz with a positive gain slope, 1 dB compression (OP1dB) from 0.01 GHz to 20 GHz with a typical output power of 13.5 dBm, a typical noise index of 2.5 dB from 0.01 GHz to 14 GHz, and a typical output third-order intermodulation point (OIP3) from 0.01 GHz to 14 GHz of 26 The ADL9005 also features internally matched 50 Ω inputs and outputs (I/Os) that are ideally suited for ADI's many balanced in-phase/quadrature (I/Q) or mirror suppression mixers. The ADL9005 also features internally matched 50 Ω inputs and outputs (I/O), making it ideally suited for high-volume microwave radio applications based on surface mount technology (SMT).
