The TPS7A9101DSKR is a low-noise (4.7µVRMS), low dropout voltage (LDO) linear regulator that delivers 1A load current with a maximum dropout of only 200mV. 

The TPS7A91 output is adjustable over a range of 0.8V to 5.2V via an external resistor.The wide input voltage range of the TPS7A91 supports operation over a voltage range of 1.4V to 6.5V.
