The ADS122C04IPWR is a 24-bit precision analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) that combines features to reduce system cost and reduce the number of components in small sensor signal measurement applications. The device features two differential inputs or four single-ended inputs via a flexible input multiplexer (MUX), a low-noise programmable gain amplifier (PGA), two programmable excitation current sources, a voltage reference, an oscillator and a precision temperature sensor.
