The MPQ8633B-HGLE is a fully integrated high frequency synchronous buck converter. It provides a compact solution for output currents up to 20A (IOUT) over a wide input range with excellent load and line regulation. The device operates at high efficiency over the entire IOUT load range and is highly efficient over the entire IOUT load range. Internal compensated constant on-time (COT) control provides fast transient response and loop stability.
