The R5F5651CHDFP RX microcontrollers add four 64-pin MCUs to the mainstream RX651 MCUs with RXv2 core CPUs.The RX651 64-pin MCUs provide superior security and flash memory capabilities for industrial applications. Each MCU's Trusted Security IP (TSIP) and flash area protection supports Trusted Root Device operation. The dual-region flash feature (BGO and SWAP) enables easy flash firmware updates via secure network communication, and the 64-pin package reduces PCB footprint for IoT edge applications.
