The MAX22702DAWA is a single-channel isolated gate driver with ultra-high common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 300kV/μs (typical value). This device is designed to drive silicon carbide (SiC) or gallium nitride (GaN) transistors in a variety of inverter or motor control applications. The MAX22702D device uses Maxim's proprietary process technology with integrated digital electrical isolation.
