The QPA9122MTR7 is a broadband, high gain, high linearity driver amplifier. It provides 36.5dB of gain at 2.6GHz and achieves 27dBm P3dB of peak power. The amplifier provides good DPD linearity for 5G NR wideband signals up to 200 MHz wide, making it ideal for m-MIMO applications.

The QPA9122MTR7 high linearity driver amplifier is internally matched to 50Ω and operates over the full frequency bandwidth of 2.3GHz-5.0GHz, with integrated shutdown via the VPD pin. In addition, the QPA9122M features external bias control to optimise linearity.

The QPA9122MTR7 is available in a 16-pin 3mm x 3mm SMT package with a small footprint and is pin-compatible with the QPA 9120, QPA9121 and QPA9122.
