The Qorvo QPA4605SR GaN power amplifier module integrates a 2-stage power amplifier module designed for large-scale MIMO applications.The QPA4605SR provides a 5W RMS output in the 4.5GHz to 4.6GHz frequency range. The device has a 50Ω input and output and requires very few external components. In addition, the compact QPA4605SR supports a much smaller footprint than traditional discrete component solutions.

The Qorvo QPA4605SR GaN power amplifier module integrates a driver and Doherty last stage, providing high power-plus efficiency at 5W average power for the entire module.
