The MAX25202SATEA/VY synchronous Boost controller provides 1.5μA (typical) turn-off current for a wide input voltage range boost converter. The device has an input operating voltage range of 4.5V to 36V, making it ideal for automotive applications. The MAX25202 is powered directly from the automotive battery input by an internal low-voltage differential regulator with a 5V output voltage. After startup, the input operating range can be extended as low as 1.8V.
