The AMC1305M25DWR is a precision, delta-sigma (ΔΣ) modulator with output and input circuits, the circuits are separated by capacitive dual isolation barriers for high immunity to magnetic interference. The barriers are certified to provide up to 7000 VPEAK, UL1577, and CSA standards certified to provide up to 7000 VPEAK of enhanced isolation. Used in conjunction with an isolated power supply, it prevents noise currents on high common-mode voltage lines from interfering with or damaging low-voltage circuits.
