The ADS9224RIRHBR is a pin-compatible, high-speed, dual-channel, synchronous sampling, analogue-to-digital converter, synchronous sampling analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) with integrated reference and reference buffer. The device operates from a single 5 V supply and supports unipolar, fully differential analogue input signals with excellent DC and AC specifications. Excellent AC performance and analogue input frequencies up to 1.5 MHz make the device suitable for wideband data acquisition. The device is suitable for wideband data acquisition (DAQ) systems.
