The ADS8166IRHBR is a series of 16-bit, 8-channel, high-precision successive approximation registers (SARs). Powered by a single 5 V supply, it has a total throughput of 250 kSPS. The input multiplexers support longer settling times, making it easier to drive analogue inputs. The output of the multiplexer and the ADC analogue input are provided as device pins. They can be used as device pins. This configuration allows one ADC driver op amp to be used on all eight analogue inputs of the multiplexer.
