The AD7616BSTZ is a 16-bit DAS that supports 16 channels of dual simultaneous sampling. Powered by a single 5 V single supply, it accommodates ±10 V, ±5 V, and ±2.5 V true bipolar input signals while sampling at high throughput rates. Input signals are simultaneously sampled at throughput rates up to 1 MSPS per channel pair, with a signal-to-noise ratio of 90.5 dB. (Higher signal-to-noise performance is achieved with an oversampling rate (OSR) of 2 of 92 dB.) Input clamp protection circuits are capable of withstanding voltages up to ±21 V. Analogue input impedance is 1 MΩ, independent of sampling frequency. Single-supply operation, on-chip filtering, and high input impedance eliminate the need for driver op amps and external dual power supplies.
